This is a special edition release based on the liqueur “MIKADOMATSU Kodawari Yuzu Sake”, produced by Matsuoka Brewing Co., Ltd., a sake brewery located in Ogawa Town, Saitama Prefecture, that incorporates the world and aesthetic of Kazama Iroha. The key focus of Season 2 is yeast — an essential element that shapes the aroma and character of sake.
