Ninomae Ina’nis x SAKEBOYS “Inatsu” Season 2 is Now Available!

The key focus of Season 2 is yeast — an essential element that shapes the aroma and character of sake. Inspired by the idea that yeast can create fruit-like fragrances in sake, Ninomae Ina’nis participated in tasting multiple trial brews and selected a yeast profile that highlights a gentle and elegant pear-like aroma. The sake is carefully brewed by Seto Shuzo in Saga Prefecture, using traditional methods and locally-developed yeast.
