The hololive English Pop-Up Store at LA’s Beverly Center #691 (running through February 5th to 27th, 2025) is announcing some new updates for the fans! The list of available merchandise to get in the stores includes items like tapestries, rubber mats, and themed apparel featuring Takanashi Kiara, Ouro Kronii, Nerissa Ravencroft, and Elizabeth Rose Bloodflame among others. For Mori Calliope fans, the store also has concert-specific goods, including glow sticks, T-shirts, CDs and more.

Fans who spend $70 or more can unlock access to Greeting Sessions, where they’ll receive a personalized, stamped ticket to meet their favorite talent during scheduled appearances. These special sessions—featuring Elizabeth Rose Bloodflame (Feb 9), Ouro Kronii (Feb 9), Nerissa Ravencroft (Feb 16), Takanashi Kiara (Feb 16), and Mori Calliope (Feb 22)—allow attendees to say hello and receive a gift directly from them.This is a rare opportunity to connect with hololive’s stars in person!

[How to Participate]
1.Spend $70 or more in a single transaction to receive one Greeting Session Numbered Ticket with one talent.
*Tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, and distribution will end as soon as stock runs out. The staff will not be able to provide a different ticket or change the assigned time slot.
2.Fill out the details on the ticket and hand the receipt (stub) to the Greeting Session staff on the day of purchase.
3.Greeting Session staff will verify that the attendee’s ID is the same as what is written on the receipt (stub), tear and collect it, and stamp a “Certification Stamp” on the ticket.
4.Come back to the store on the date and time written on the numbered ticket.
5.Greet the talent and receive a gift from her.

[Regulations]
1.Each participant will be available to attend a maximum of one Greeting Session per talent.
2.Participants will receive only one Numbered Ticket per purchase.
* Even if your purchase is $140 or more, you will only receive one ticket.
* Participants may join multiple Greeting Sessions with different talents, provided they have the appropriate tickets and have not already attended a session with that talent.
3.Participants will have to present an ID to the staff for identification on the day of the Greeting Session..
4.Participants will have to follow staff instructions during the Greeting Session.
5.Participants will have to treat talents and staff with respect.
6.Tickets will be considered invalid if there is no Certification Stamp.
7.The organizers have the right to disqualify the participants at their own discretion if the participants violate any rules or regulations of the Greeting Session, disrupt, or cause inconvenience to the event or staff.
