We are expecting many visitors from October 17th to 19th, to avoid the confusion, we will limit entries by using LivePockket-Ticket- each day open hour to 1PM.
After 1PM, no applications needed.
There will be time-slot entry restrictions with a lottery system.

The application period will start on September 28th 6:00 PM.
* Applications will not be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
